Contact Management

aACE’s contact management software includes the Companies and Contacts modules. The Companies module stores information about organizations. The Contacts module stores records of people, who may or may not be associated with organizations. Both have different but intertwined relationship management considerations.
 
The CRM Companies module is for managing the financial relationships with organizations. Users can view related transactions, set important financial information such as credit and terms, and manage sales leads. The CRM Contacts module is designed for managing the personal relationships with individuals. Users can assign contacts to mailing lists and enter an alternative mailing address for postcards. Effective management of personal relationships at the individual level can foster prosperous financial relationships at an organizational level.
 

CRM List & Account Management

CRM Categories allows relationship managers to easily organize their contacts into logical groups. Contacts can be assigned to multiple CRM Category records, which can include anything from mailing lists to identifiers like “Decision Makers”. The ability to organize relationships is unlimited in our CRM software.
 
CRM Accounts allows users to manage performance levels for financial relationships. Users can create accounts with a specific value and duration for both clients and vendors. Client accounts compare related billing to this figure. An underperforming client may be an excellent opportunity to increase sales. Similarly, vendor accounts compare related purchasing to the account’s value. Underperforming may damage your relationship with a vendor and ultimately increase costs. Good relationships with clients and vendors that are based on meeting mutual expectations is good for the bottom line.

CRM Sales Leads & Quoting

The Sales Leads module manages the sales life-cycle from beginning to end. Sales executives can assign dollar values and likelihood to each sales lead every step of the way. Management always has an estimated value of the sales pipeline weighted by the quality of each sales lead. So that no one misses an important date, sales executives can assign next steps and schedule reminders.
 
A sales lead can have any number of active quotes. Quotes can be created manually or based on predefined templates. Rates for products and services are derived from the same billing infrastructure used for fulfillment and invoicing. Not only can quotes help close a deal quickly and accurately, they can also give management an excellent way of forecasting upcoming material and labor requirements.
 

Multiple Rate Card Billing

The Rate Cards module in our CRM software manages the prices clients pay for each category. aACE’s behavior varies greatly depending on a client’s rate card and whether a category is a product, service, or purchase. The implications for cost management are very different for each of these. aACE Business Management Suite is a margin focused system. Expected profit, as a percentage of the total, is a key performance indicator found throughout our business management software.
