aACE can support up to 999 users.
Can I buy less than 10 aACE user licenses?
We often make exceptions for small businesses, but would first want to make sure our business management software is right for you. The best
thing to do is to contact AGIS to discuss your business software needs with one of our Solutions Engineers.
Can I customize aACE myself?
Yes. If you are a certified FileMaker® developer you can customize aACE 4 for yourself or your clients through the agis Resale and Customization Program.
Are there additional costs associated with purchasing aACE Business Management Suite?
Yes and No.
No. Many companies can use our business management software "out of the box." Our clients span a range of industries and chances are, your needs are already built into the system.
Yes. Some clients customize modules to allow for company-specific needs and workflows. Many times, our business management software is replacing one that is more rigid and does not allow for a “Wish List” to
become a reality. AGIS will estimate and document your needs in a Proposal for your review and approval.
aACE Business Management software requires FileMaker. Should your company not own FileMaker with the appropriate number of user licenses this will be an additional cost. This purchase is completed through FileMaker and AGIS can facilitate the process. The aACEweb Web Calendar is web-based and only requires internet access.
What are your aACE Business Management Suite system requirements?
aACE Business Management Suite runs in Mac, PC or mixed network environments. In most cases, we recommend a dedicated server.
Do you come on site for aACE software installation and training?
In most cases, this is not necessary. We conduct web-based training and remote network support. This allows us to keep
our service prices reasonable. In cases where on-site installation and training are requested, we do charge a per diem. Contact AGIS for more information.
How does AGIS conduct training for aACE Business Management Suite?
Together with our clients, we structure a training agenda and schedule web-based training classes based on specific needs. In most cases, a pre-determined focus group is trained first. The focus group then trains other users within your company while we stand by for support. We find a top down approach works best and is most affordable.
